Can you keep my business open during paving?
In most cases, yes. We phase the work so part of the lot and at least one entrance stay usable, and we can schedule around your slowest days or hours.
Do you handle striping after paving?
Yes. We lay out and paint stalls, arrows, fire lanes, and accessible parking as part of the project, so the lot is ready to use when we leave.
My lot has a few bad areas. Do I need to repave all of it?
Not necessarily. Full-depth repair of the failed sections followed by sealcoating and restriping can add years to a lot. We will walk it and lay out the options with honest pros and cons.
How much does parking lot paving cost?
It depends on square footage, the condition of the base underneath, how much drainage or grading the lot needs, material thickness, and how easily equipment can get in.
